Active
· Doing activities and challenging exercises and learning by doing them.
· They’d rather to work in groups than individually.
· They would to hold and handle the things they are working with.
Reflective
· Learners like reflective learners would rather sit and figure out the problem than get help with it.
· Reflective learners think things through when they are stuck rather than sitting doing nothing.
· Would rather working alone rather than working in pairs and groups.
Sensing
· Sensing learners learning style is based around touch and movement.
· They prefer concrete, practical and procedural information.
· They look at all the facts of the information.
Intuitive
· They look for meaning and prefer conceptual information.
· They like theoretical information.
Visual
· Visual learners are learners that learn at there best by visualizing something.
· They learn form graphs, diagrams, and charts.
· They also like looking at pictures.
Verbal
· Verbal learners learn their best by listening to people.
· They look for explanations with words.
Sequential
· Sequential learners are learners that would rather have the information given to them.
· They put together details in order to picture the information.
Global
· People with the global learning style take in information large amounts at a time.
· They can solve problems very quickly
· But they will have problems explaining their knowledge.
My learning style
My learning style is aural. Aural is when you learn better by listening to instructions and following them.
How my learning style helps me learn more effectively
My learning style is auditory. That means I learn better by listening. I learn more effectively when the teacher is telling instructions and showing us how to do the work and tasks we need to complete.
